A group can hav ONE mod, but the forum of the group can have multiple Mods.

Look, the rules are simple. Only 7 members to 1 family. Unless your like Millefore you get black spell and white spell. Also don't worry about getting into a family, there are loads of families.

the Moderator of each thread is the 1st generation..
for example
Vongola Boss Thread (The Moderator of it is the 1st Vongola Boss..)

so there will be 7 moderators for vongola and 2 for milliofore?

It's this simple.
Vongola:
7 members who are individual guardians, who all share one thread and discuss plans.
Varia:
7 Members same thing as Vongola except we kick out the weak and recruit the strong.
Millefore:
They have unlimited members but, they have 7 main members who are guardians.
They also have Black spell as well.

The boss of the family is a moderator, e.g Vongola Leader is a moderator, Varia Leader is a moderator, and Millefore leader is a moderator but has a co-leader which is black spell.

I totally agree with this idea, except for the fact you limited the amout of members to the Vongola family to 7. In the manga there are more than 7 members in Vongola, and the Forum should be a representive of this. More than 7 members would want to join Vongola anyway, once the forum becomes more popular.

Also I don't think there should be more than one member to the rain,sun,mist,etc guardians, because then they wouldn't be special ranks anymore.
If you select, for example a "rain guardian" they will be the "1st generation". If you change your rain guardian the new rain guardian will be known as the "2nd generation".

Yep. Also I dis-agree with having a sun,mist,rain etc guardian forum. Just have one vongola were the members can join.
